Wild Zip Past Jackets Tuesday
The Minnesota Wild snapped a recent winless skid with a 3-2 win over Columbus Tuesday night at Xcel Energy Center.

Tom Gilbert scored on a rebound from the right wing side late in the first to give the Wild a 2-0 lead after one period of play.
Mark Letestu scored for Columbus with just over five minutes left in the second period to cut the Wild lead in half heading into the second intermission. The WIld outshot the Blue Jackets 15-3 in period number two.
Columbus got a power play goal from Jack Johnson at 7:32 of the third to tie the game at two apiece, but Pierre Marc-Bouchard scored the game-winner for Minnesota seven minutes later.
The Wild are right back at it Wednesday night against Chicago at the X.
