The Twins are 55-75 and have lost 5 games in a row.  Minnesota will host Detroit beginning a 3-game series tonight at 7:10, pregame on WJON at 6:40.  Lefthander Scott Diamond was called up from triple-A Rochester to replace Liriano and will get the start tonight for the Twins and righthander Rick Porcello (11-8) toes the rubber for the Tigers.
