N.Y. Giants 29 — Dallas 24 Lawrence Tynes kicked two field goals in the fourth quarter, and the New York Giants beat the Dallas Cowboys, 29-24, in Dallas on Sunday after blowing a 23-point lead. New York (6-2) surged to a 23-0 advantage early in the second quarter after defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul returned a Tony Romo interception 28 yards for a touchdown. Dallas (3-4) then scored 24 straight points to take a 1-point lead at the end of the third quarter.

The Chicago Bears won 34-18 at Dallas against the Cowboys on Monday night. Tony Romo threw for 307 yards and 1 touchdown but 5 interceptions for the Cowboys. 2 of the interceptions thrown by Romo were returned for touchdowns by the Bears. Charles Tillman and Lance Briggs each had interception returns for TDs. Brandon Marshall led the Bears with 7 catches for 138 yards and a touchdown. Jay Cutler threw for 2 touchdowns for Chicago.

The playoffs are scheduled to begin next Saturday, when Cincinnati travels to Houston and New Orleans hosts Detroit. On Sunday, Atlanta travels to New York, while Denver hosts Pittsburgh. N.Y. Giants 37 – Dallas 34 Eli Manning led two touchdown drives in the final six minutes, and the New York Giants beat the Dallas Cowboys 37-34 on Sunday night. Dallas (7-6) had a chance to tie, but kicker Dan Bailey’s 47-yard field goal attempt with 1 second left in the game was blocked by Jason Pierre-Paul. New York (7-6) had to rally after falling behind 34-22 with 5:41 remaining in the game, when the Cowboys’ Dez Bryant scored on a 50-yard touchdown pass from Tony Romo.
