Dallas Downs Wild; Zidlicky traded to New Jersey

The Minnesota Wild lost 4-1 at Dallas Friday night.  The Stars scored 2 first period goals and 1 in the 2nd to take control of the game.  Devin Setoguchi scored the lone Minnesota goal and Niklas Backstrom had 11 saves before he was replaced by Mathew Hackett who had 10 saves.

The Wild acquired defenseman Kurtis Foster and forwards Nick Palmieri and Stephane Veilleux and 2 draft picks for defenseman Marek Zidlicky.  The 2 draft picks are a 2nd rounder this year and a conditional pick in 2013.

The Wild will host San Jose at 5pm Sunday, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 4:35.
