Wolves Can’t Keep Up, Fall to Spurs 117-110 Friday Night

SAN ANTONIO – Kevin Love was dominant and scored a season high 42 points, but it wasn’t enough as the Timberwolves fell to the Spurs 117-110 on Friday night.

Nikola Pekovic had 18 points for Minnesota, Ricky Rubio also added 15 points and eight assists during the loss.

Tony Parker had a team high 29 points and Manu Ginobili added 20 more to lead the Spurs to victory.

The Wolves fall below .500 again this season with an 11-12 record. They travel to take on the Memphis Grizzlies Sunday night at 5:00 p.m.
