TAMPA, FL -- The Minnesota Wild's offensive struggles returned in last night's 2-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The Wild were only able to manage one goal on 31 shots against Tampa Bay goalie Ben Bishop.

Zach Parise gave the Wild a 1-0 lead in the second period on his seventh goal of the season.

The lead was short-lived as Lightning star center Steven Stamkos scored his 14th goal of the season about ten minutes later.

Tampa Bay took the lead with under two minutes left in the second period on a goal by Alex Killorn.

With the loss, the Wild drop to 11-8 on the season and will remain in Florida to take on the Panthers on Monday night.
