The New York Islanders beat the Minnesota Wild 6-3 Sunday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The Wild are now 3-2-1 on the season with the loss.

The Wild got a pair of goals from Zach Parise, the 300th and 301st of his career. Unfortunately for Minnesota, the milestone goals were overshadowed by shaky goaltending, with Darcy Kuemper allowing five goals on 27 shots.

The Wild play at Boston Tuesday night on AM 1390 KXSS. Pregame coverage begins at 6:45, with the opening faceoff slated for 7:00.
