The Minnesota Wild beat the Toronto Maple Leafs 3-2 Wednesday night in Ontario to wrap up their five game road trip. The Wild finished the trip 2-1-2 and are now 13-8-4 overall this season.

Jason Zucker started the scoring for the Wild at 8:42 of the first period before Chris Stewart made it a 2-0 lead at 14:22 with his fourth goal of the season.

Toronto cut the lead in half with a Ben Smith goal at 16:50, but Eric Staal scored the eventual game-winner early in the second period.

The Wild return home Friday night to take on the Edmonton Oilers. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 on AM 1240 WJON.
