The Minnesota Wild are in Denver tonight to take on the Colorado Avalanche.  The Wild beat the Anaheim Ducks 4-2 on Tuesday night on the heels of an overtime loss Saturday at San Jose.

The Wild have picked up three of a possible four points two games into a four game road trip. Minnesota is 29-20-5 with 64 points, good for seventh place in the Western Conference. The Wild trail Los Angeles by just two points for sixth place.

Colorado has cooled down a bit from a hot start to their season and now sport a 33-14-5 record with 71 points, putting them in fifth place in the West.  The Avalanche beat the Stars 4-3 in Dallas on Monday.

Tonight's game begins at 8:00, with pregame coverage beginning at 7:30 on AM 1390 The Fan.
