The Minnesota Wild came back from an early 2-0 deficit to defeat the Blackhawks 3-2 Sunday night in Chicago. The Wild have the most points in the Western Conference (61) and are now 28-9-5 overall this season.

Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane scored a goal in each of the first and second periods before the Wild's comeback began with a Nino Neiderreiter power play goal at 6:23 of the second period.

Chris Stewart tied the game for Minnesota with his ninth goal of the season at the 11 minute mark of the second. Jason Pominville scored the game-winner at 5:08 of the third period.

The Wild will host the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday night at Xcel Energy Center. The game can be heard on AM 1390 KXSS beginning with the pregame show at 6:45.
