The Vikings will likely start rookie Joe Webb at quarterback Monday night when the Vikings play the Chicago Bears at TCF Bank Stadium.  Webb has been taking the first team snaps.  Brett Favre hasn't been ruled out for the game but seems unlikely to play because of a sprained SC joint in his throwing shoulder.  Tarvaris Jackson will not play because he was placed on injured reserve with turf toe.  The Vikings signed veteran Patrick Ramsey to take Jackson's roster spot and he'll likely backup Joe Webb.  The Vikings host the Bears at 7:30pm Monday night, pregame on WJON at 6:30.
