Viking owner Zigi Wilf visited the State Capitol Thursday to thank sponsors of the stadium bill filed earlier this week.  He remains confident a stadium bill will pass the legislature this legislative session despite concerns that many lawmakers have over the state budget problems.  Wilf is confident the Vikings have a local partner and is keeping his options open.  The Vikings are expected to pay for 1/3 of the cost of a roofed stadium with a local partner picking up a third and the state paying for the remaining third.  Wilf refused to answer the question of what will happen to the Vikings if a stadium bill doesn't pass this legislative session.
