Vikings’ Jenkins Will Have A Good Season

Viking receiver Michael Jenkins was signed as a free agent just days after the Atlanta Falcons released him this offseason.  Jenkins hasn't wowed us during preseason games but has made some impressive catches in traffic when he's had to battle the defender.  At 6'4 218 pounds Jenkins is a tough physical matchup for cornerbacks.  He was an after thought in the Atlanta offense with Roddy White and Tony Gonzalez getting more attention.  He gives the Vikings something it didn't have with Sidney Rice moving on to Seattle.  Jenkins can win a jump ball situation and can get deep and he knows Bill Musgrave's offense.

Expect him and not Bernard Berrian to be the compliment to Percy Harvin at receiver for the Vikings this season.
