Vikings’ Favre Is Sore But Is Expected To Play Against Green Bay

Viking head coach Brad Childress said quarterback Brett Favre is sore but he expects Favre to practice Thursday and play against Green Bay Sunday despite a shoulder injury.

Favre reportedly was thinking of getting an MRI on his throwing shoulder but elected not to at this time.

Favre has made 294 consecutive regular season starts.
