The Twins defeated Kansas City 4-3 in 10 innings Tuesday night.  Danny Valencia hit a bases loaded walk-off single in the 10th to win it.  Michael Cuddyer went 4-4 with a run scored for Minnesota and Luke Hughes was 2-4 with 2 RBIs for the Twins.  Dusty Hughes threw a scoreless 10th inning to get the win.  Brian Duensing threw 6 innings with 2 earned runs allowed but didn't figure in the final decision.  Minnesota is 4-6 and will host Kansas City again today at 12:10, pregame on WJON at 11:40.  Lefthander Francisco Liriano (0-2) gets the start on the mound for the Twins and righthander Kyle Davies (0-1) toes the rubber for the Royals.
