The Twins beat the Tampa Bay Rays 6-4 in twelve innings Wednesday night at Tropicana Field. Minnesota improves to 10-10 with the win, while the Rays fall to 10-11.

Twins DH Chris Colabello continued his early-season tear by going 2-6 with four runs batted in, including a two-run home run in the fourth inning and the game-winning RBI in the twelfth. Colabello leads the American League with 26 RBI.

Newly acquired Minnesota outfielder Sam Fuld went 2-5 with an RBI, and shortstop Eduardo Escobar also had an RBI. Reliever Casey Fien picked up the win with 2.1 innings of hit-free work to improve to 3-0.

The Twins and Rays wrap up the three game series this afternoon with a 12:10 start time at the Trop. Erik Bedard gets the start for Tampa opposite the Twins’ Ricky Nolasco.
