The Twins beat the Houston Astros 6-2 Tuesday night at Minute Maid Park to snap a four game losing streak. Minnesota improves to 8-18 with the loss.

Jose Berrios pitched well enough in his second MLB start to earn his first career victory, lasting 5.1 innings while allowing two runs on three hits and five walks. The young righthander also notched eight strikeouts.

Brian Dozier paced the offense with a three-hit game and two runs scored, Byung Ho Park was 2-3 with a triple and a pair of runs batted in and Eduardo Nunez hit a solo home run.

The Twins play in Houston again Tuesday night on WJON. Pregame coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. with first pitch at 7:10 p.m.
