The Twins completed a three game sweep of the Chicago White Sox Thursday with an 8-3 win at Target Field. Minnesota is now 33-36 on the season and only six games out of first place.

The Twins hit four home runs in the game with Clete Thomas, Brian Dozier, Oswaldo Arcia and Eduardo Escobar all going deep.

Minnesota starter Scott Diamond cruised through five innings before giving up home runs to Paul Konerko and Adam Dunn in the sixth inning.

The Twins begin a three game series at Cleveland at 6:05 Friday night (WJON).
