Timberwolves To Play at Utah Without Rubio

The Timberwolves will play at Utah against the Jazz Wednesday night at 8pm, pregame on WJON at 7:30.  The Wolves are 14-13 while Utah is 15-17.  Minnesota will play tonight and Thursday without point guard Ricky Rubio.  Rubio has been suffering through back spasms and will not travel to Utah and Denver.  Rubio is targeting a return for Saturday's game against Portland.

The Wolves game at Utah Wednesday marks the return of forward Andrei Kirilenko to Utah where he played the first 10 years of his career starting in 2001.  Kirilenko has averaged 12.4 points a game in his career.  He is averaging 13.3 points a game this season with Minnesota.
