Timberwolves To Introduce Stiemsma Thursday

The Timberwolves announced Tuesday that they will introduce newly signed free agent center Greg Stiemsma at a press conference Thursday at 1pm at Target Center.  Stiemsma is 6'11 260 pounds and is 26 years old.  He averaged 2.9 points and 3.2 rebounds a game with Boston in 2011-2012.

Stiemsma is from Wisconsin at played his college basketball at the University of Wisconsin.  Stiemsma is expected to backup Nikola Pekovic at center for the Wolves.

The Wolves introduced shooting guard Brandon Roy at a press conference Tuesday.
