Timberwolves Edge Hornets

The Timberwolves defeated the struggling New Orleans Hornets Monday night 113-98.  Minnesota outscored the Hornets by 10 points in the 4th quarter to post the win.  Michael Beasley led the Wolves with 30 points and Wesley Johnson added 24.  Kevin Love chipped in 16 points and 11 rebounds for Minnesota.  The Wolves improve to 8-24 this season and 6-7 at home.  Minnesota will host Denver Wednesday night at 7pm, hear the game on WJON.
