The Twins lost 10-2 at home to the Detroit Tigers Tuesday night. The two teams had to endure a 64-minute rain/hail delay in the 4th inning.  The field was cleared of hail and play resumed.  Francisco Liriano threw 3 innings with 3 hits and 4 earned runs allowed to take the loss and drop to 2-5.  He left the game in the 4th inning with a sore throat and flu-like symptoms.  Rene Tosoni hit a solo homerun and Luke Hughes added an RBI double.  Minnesota is 12-22 and is 11 games back of Cleveland in the American League Central.  The Twins have the worst record in baseball.  Minnesota has lost 4 straight games.  The Twins and Tigers wrapup the 2-game series at Target Field today at 12:10, pregame on WJON at 11:40.  Righthander Scott Baker (2-2) gets the start on the mound for the Twins and lefthander Phil Coke (1-5) toes the rubbber for the Tigers.
