Wild Trade Powe And Palmieri To Rangers For Rupp

The Minnesota Wild have traded Darroll Powe and Nick Palmieri to the New York Rangers in exchange for forward Mike Rupp.

Powe, 27, played 90 games over two seasons for the Wild and contributed six goals and seven assists

Braves Acquire D-Backs OF Justin Upton In Trade

Twins Better Think Twice Before Trading Span!

Denard Span is not your conventional lead-off hitter.

You could certainly make the argument that he is a better #2 hitter in the line up.

He doesn't steal nearly as many bases as we would like, and when he does run - it sure seems like he gets thrown out a lot!

His career on base percentage is OK - but for his career he has more strikeouts, than walks
