The St. Cloud Rox continue to roll after winning their 6th straight game 3-2 over Waterloo Tuesday night. Elvin Soto broke the 2-all tie with a RBI single in the 7th inning. Soto was 2-3 with 2 RBIs for the Rox. Phil Imholte was 2-3 when 2-3 with 1 RBI and Tadd Johansen threw a complete game with 5 hits and 2 runs (1 earned run) with 7 strikeouts to get the win.

The St. Cloud Rox lost 4-3 at Willmar Wednesday night. Willmar broke the 3-all tie with a run in the 7th inning. Carlos Lopez went 2-3 with a homerun and 2 RBIs and Phil Imholte drove in a run for the Rox. Alex Roberts threw 1 1/3 innings with 4 hits and 1 earned run allowed to take the loss in relief. Tadd Johansen threw 5 innings with 7 hits and 3 earned runs allowed but didn't figure in the final decision.

The St. Cloud Rox lost 5-4 Wednesday afternoon at Joe Faber Field. The game started an hour late due to soggy field conditions after rain moved through central Minnesota Wednesday morning. St. Cloud went out to a 3-0 lead but Willmar came back with a 3-run 6th inning to take the lead. Tony Skjefte went 2-3 with 2 RBIs, Ty Jackson hit a 2-run homerun and Chris Paul was 2-4 with 1 run scored for the Rox. Tadd Johansen threw 6 innings with 10 hits and 4 earned runs allowed. Sergio Luna allowed 1 earned run in 2 innings to take the loss.
