Harvin was spotted in the locker room limping badly.

The Vikings were back on the practice field Wednesday in preparation for their next game against Detroit Sunday at noon from Mall of America Field, pregame on WJON at 11am. Receiver Percy Harvin and defensive tackle Letroy Guion both missed practice Wednesday. Harvin is out with an ankle injury. He considered himself a "long shot" to play on Monday after spraining his left ankle in 3 spots against Seattle. The Vikings are holding out hope that Harvin can play against the Lions.

Minnesota fell behind 17-0 before coming back to cut the lead to 17-14 but Minnesota would get no closer. Matt Ryan threw for 262 yards and 3 touchdowns for the Falcons and Christian Ponder was 17-25 passing for 186 yards and 1 touchdown with no interceptions.
