Max Kepler singled in Ehire Adrianza Sunday after to send Twins' fan home happy with a 7-6 come from behind win over Oakland. Kepler finished with 3 hits including a 3-run home run and 4 RBIs on the day.

The Twins lost 7-2 at Oakland Thursday afternoon and Minnesota finishes the road trip 2-4. Oakland won 2 out of 3 against the Twins. The Twins yesterday took a 1-0 lead in the first inning with Oakland tying the game at 1 in the 4th inning.

The Twins lost 6-5 in 12 innings Sunday to the Oakland Athletics on a Yonder Alonso walk off solo homerun against Twins' reliever Tyler Duffey.

The Twins lost 3-1 on July 4th to the Oakland Athletics 3-1. Kendall Graveman threw 6 2/3 innings with just 3 hits, 4 walks and 1 earned run to get the win for the A's. Raul Ibanez pinch hit for Alex Rodriguez in the 9th inning and hit a solo homerun to force extra innings and Ibanez hit a solo homerun in the 12th inning to win the game. The Yankees host Baltimore in Game 4 tonight at 6:37.

The Oakland A's and San Francisco Giants stayed alive in the Major League Baseball playoffs Tuesday. Oakland downed Detroit 2-0 Tuesday led by starting pitcher Brett Anderson's 6 shutout innings. Seth Smith hit a solo homerun and Yoenis Cespedes had a RBI single for the A's. Detroit leads the series 2 games to 1 and Oakland hosts the Tigers at 8:37 tonight in game 4.
