The Dallas Cowboys downed the New York Giants 24-17 Wednesday night in the NFL season opener. Tony Romo threw for 307 yards and 3 touchdowns to lead the Cowboys. Kevin Ogletree led the Cowboys with 8 catches for 114 yards and 2 touchdowns. Demarco Murray ran for 131 yards on 20 carries for Dallas.

N.Y. Giants 37 – Dallas 34 Eli Manning led two touchdown drives in the final six minutes, and the New York Giants beat the Dallas Cowboys 37-34 on Sunday night. Dallas (7-6) had a chance to tie, but kicker Dan Bailey’s 47-yard field goal attempt with 1 second left in the game was blocked by Jason Pierre-Paul. New York (7-6) had to rally after falling behind 34-22 with 5:41 remaining in the game, when the Cowboys’ Dez Bryant scored on a 50-yard touchdown pass from Tony Romo.
