The Twins lost 10-2 in Cleveland last night after winning 7-1 earlier in the day. Cody Anderson threw 7 shutout innings for Cleveland with 2 hits and 4 walks allowed. Miguel Sano and Eddie Rosario each hit solo homeruns accounting for the Twins only runs.

The Twins finalized free agent contracts with starting pitcher Mike Pelfrey and catcher Kurt Suzuki. Pelfrey gets a 2-year $11 Million deal while Suzuki gets a 1-year $2.75 Million contract. Pelfrey was 5-13 with a 5.19 ERA in 20 starts for the Twins in 2013.

The Twins have agreed to sign right-handed starting pitcher Mike Pelfrey to a 1-year $4 Million contract with a possibility to earn another $1.5 Million in incentives. Pelfrey is coming off Tommy John surgery and is expected to be ready to return during spring training.
