Waldrop is a 2004 1st round pick who has a 1.26 ERA in 14 1/3 innings at triple-A in 9 games. Relief pitcher Jeff Manship has been optioned to triple-A Rochester. Manship has a 10.97 ERA in 10 2/3 innings for the Twins this season.
