Tampa Bay went out to a 20-10 lead at halftime and went up 27-10 on a 64-yard touchdown pass from Josh Freeman to Doug Martin early in the 2nd half. Martin rolled up 214 yards of total offense and 2 touchdowns and Freeman threw for 262 yards and 3 touchdowns for Tampa Bay.
