I say it's time to go with the rookie, Christian Ponder or 2nd year man Joe Webb. McNabb is completing just 58% of his passes and is averaging just 158 yards passing per game. An inexperienced quarterback could do that and could get better in the process. Ponder is the obvious choice because he was a first round pick but if Ponder isn't ready then Webb would be a better option than McNabb.

Charlie Johnson at left tackle, John Sullivan at center and whoever wins the right guard spot are the weakest links. That's not even taking into account an older Steve Hutchinson.
