None of us are shocked by this because they've never gotten lucky and improved their draft position. Cleveland got the top pick and they also have the #4 pick. The Cavs will likely take Duke point guard Kyrie Irving but maybe they'll look at their options and take Arizona forward Derrick Williams #1 and still get point guard Brandon Knight of Kentucky at #4.
