T-Wolves Introduce 6’11 Stiemsma

The Timberwolves introduced 6'11 260 pound center Greg Stiemsma at a press conference at Target Center Thursday afternoon.  Stiemsma signed his contract with the Wolves officially yesterday after agreeing to terms on a contract 2 weeks ago.  Stiemsma is 26 years old and is from Wisconsin.  He played his college basketball at the University of Wisconsin.

Stiemsma averaged 2.9 points and 3.2 rebounds a game with Boston in 2011-2012.  The Wolves introduced Brandon Roy at a press conference Tuesday afternoon.  Stiemsma is expected to backup starting center Nikola Pekovic.
