The Timberwolves won 90-82 at Dallas Monday night despite dressing just 10 players.  Nikola Pekovic scored 20 points and had 6 rebounds before leaving the game in the 3rd quarter after turning his left ankle while stepping on the foot of Vince Carter of Dallas.  Pekovic left the game and did not return.  Andrei Kirilenko and Alexey Shved each had 16 points with Kirilenko added 11 rebounds.

Luke Ridnour added 15 points for Minnesota.  The Wolves shot 46 percent while Dallas shot 36 percent.  Minnesota played without point guard J.J. Barea (foot sprain), shooting guard Brandon Roy (sore right knee) and guard/forward Chase Budinger (torn meniscus).  Barea and Roy could return Wednesday while Budinger is out about 2 months.

The Timberwolves are already playing without the top two players, Kevin Love (broken hand), and point guard Ricky Rubio (torn ACL).  Love is expected back in early December while Rubio could be back as early as mid December.
