SCSU Men’s Basketball to Play Tournament in Florida [AUDIO]

The St. Cloud State men's basketball team will play a Thanksgiving Weekend tournament in Lakeland, Florida Friday and Saturday.  The Huskies are 1-0 and will matchup with Florida Southern at 6:30pm Friday night before playing St. Joseph's (Indiana) at 4:15pm Saturday.  SCSU Men's basketball coach Kevin Schlagel talked with Jay Caldwell and Lee Voss Wednesday on the Granite City Cafe. 

SCSU began the regular season with a 67-48 win at St. John's last Friday night.  SCSU was led in the game Theo Rothstein with 16 points and Shaun Jensen with 13 points.  Florida Southern and St. Cloud State are both receiving votes in this week's Top 25 Division II men's college basketball poll.
