SCSU Beats Rival Minnesota State

The St. Cloud State football team beat Minnesota State-Mankato 31-13 Saturday afternoon to capture the traveling training kit.  SCSU led 17-6 at halftime and scored 14 4th quarter points to put the game out of reach.  Dante Steward ran for 141 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Michael Walker ran for 82 yards and a touchdown for the Huskies.  Brad Meade threw for 77 yards and a touchdown for SCSU.

St. Cloud State improves to 5-1 overall and 4-1 in the NSIC.  The Huskies will play at Southwest Minnesota State at 6pm Saturday October 15.
