Sartell Muskies Win State Baseball Title

The Sartell Muskies won the 2013 Class C State Tournament Monday afternoon with a 10-0 stomping of Belle Plaine in Maple Lake. Jake Sweeter blasted a pair of home runs to pace the Muskies offense.

Dave Schlangen, who recently pitched the Sartell over-35 team to a state title, threw a complete game for the win Monday. Schlangen allowed just two hits and a pair of walks in the seven inning effort.
