Saint John’s Defeated by Concordia for First Loss of Season
COLLEGEVILLE - Saint John's had its homecoming spoiled by Concordia today, falling to a final score of 24-14.
Concordia got off to a quick start, scoring on their first two possessions and wouldn't look back from that point-getting 427 total yards of offense in the victory.
Quarterback Connor Bruns finished 23-48 for 242 yards for Saint John's. Running back Sam Sura was able to gain 70 yards off of 18 carries on the ground.
Saint John's falls to 3-1 on the season, they will travel to play St. Olaf next Saturday at Manitou Field in Northfield.
