Rox Start 2nd Half With Win At Alexandria

The St. Cloud Rox started the 2nd half of the season with a 9-8 win in 10 innings at Alexandria.  Nick Rau singled in the go-ahead run in the 10th inning.  St. Cloud scored 5 runs in the 7th inning and Alexandria scored 4 runs to tie the game in the 7th.  Carlos Lopez hit a 2-run homerun and Phil Imholte went 2-5 with 2 RBIs.

Will Flor threw 2 2/3 innings of relief with 1 earned run allowed to get the win and Adam Maxon threw a scoreless 10th inning to get the save.

St. Cloud is 1-0 in the 2nd half and 10-25 overall.  The Rox host Alexandria at 7:05 tonight, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.  Postgame Fireworks will take place after the game.
