Rox Loose In Extra’s Wednesday

Saint Cloud -- The Saint Cloud Rox lost 11-8 against the Eau Claire Express Wednesday night at Joe Faber Field. The Rox are now 24-12 on the season.

The Rox were down 8-0 heading into the bottom of the 8th but that is when the bats woke up for the Rox. They scored two runs in the bottom of the 8th to make the score 8-2. Then in the bottom of the 9th they scored six runs to tie the game at 8-8. We would go into the top of the 10th where the Express would score 3 runs to win the game 11-8 in extras.

The Saint Cloud Rox will play game two of their two game home stand against the Eau Claire Express Thursday night at Joe Faber Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. with pregame scheduled for 6:35 p.m. on AM 1390 The Fan.
