The St. Cloud Rox lost 7-6 at home against Thunder Bay Thursday night. Thunder Bay led 6-1 in the 4th inning before St. Cloud scored 4 runs in the 5th inning.  Both teams scored a run in the 9th inning.  Will Craig was 4-5 with a run scored and 2 RBIs, Clay Ardeeser and Boo Vazquez each had 2 RBIs for the Rox.

Tim Faix threw 2 2/3 innings with 3 hits, 5 walks and 4 earned runs allowed to take the loss.  The Rox are 17-17 in the 2nd half of the season and are 4 games back of Waterloo for first place in the 2nd half North Division standings with 3 games to play.  The Rox are eliminated from playoff contention.

The Rox will host Thunder Bay tonight at 7:05 in their final regular season home game, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.  The Rox will finish the season at Duluth Saturday and Sunday.
