The St. Cloud River Bats lost 10-9 at Rochester Tuesday afternoon.  Rochester scored 5 first inning runs and held on to win.  Carol Lopez was 3-4 with a homerun and 4 RBIs, Ronald Sucre had a homerun and 3 RBIs and Bryan Haar had a solo homerun for the Bats.  Jake Smith allowed 6 hits and 7 earned runs in 5 innings to take the loss for St. Cloud.

The Bats are 5-3 in the 2nd half of the season and are 1 game back of Rochester for first place in the 2nd half North Division standings.  St. Cloud is at Rochester again tonight at 7:05, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.
