Report: Wolves Can Kahn In Favor Of Flip

According to longtime NBA writer Steve Aschburner on Twitter, the Timberwolves have fired David Kahn and hired Flip Saunders as his replacement.

Kahn took over as the Wolves GM in 2009 and compiled a cringe-inducing record of 89-223 with Minnesota.

Saunders was with the Wolves from May 1995 until 2005, when he was replaced as head coach by Kevin McHale. He went on to coach the Pistons, then the Wizards after leaving Minnesota.
