For some reason I’m noticing this more and more lately. I’m on the interstate or highway and the car behind me has their high beams on. Are drivers getting dumber? Isn't it common sense that you don’t drive up on someone or drive on the interstate at all with your bright lights on, not to mention it’s illegal?

It’s such as a$$hole thing to do. And it seems these people are always riding your ass too so you can’t see at all, but for some reason they don’t pass you. At least when they’re coming at you, it’s ok to flash your lights as a reminder to dim them. In this case, there’s not much you can do.

I always want to do some sort of race car or batmobile move and whip my car around as fast as I can so I’m completely facing them and flash my lights on and off like crazy. I’m guessing that’s probably frowned upon, so unfortunately I’m stuck driving in front of a straight up dumbass.
