The Ramsey County Charter Commission voted 10-6 in favor of no referendum in Ramsey County for the Vikings Stadium plan.  County residents testified by a 2-1 margin against the tax hike.  The Vikings said if voters needed to decide whether Ramsey County could raise their taxes to play for the Viking Stadium that would have upped the cost by $110 Million because the process would have been delayed by 2 years.

The Vikings are still hoping to have the Governor call a special session this year to take a look at the Vikings Stadium plan.
