ST. PAUL -- New goalie Devan Dubnyk recorded 25 saves against his former team, the Phoenix Coyotes, in the Wild's 3-1 win on Saturday night.

Dubnyk, who came to Minnesota in a trade earlier this week, has given the Wild some sense of stability between the pipes - allowing only one goal in his first two games.

Charlie Coyle scored his fifth goal of the season to give the Wild a first period 1-0 lead and Jason Zucker doubled the lead in the second with his 16th goal.

The Coyotes' Antoine Vermette scored a power play goal later in the period to cut the lead in half, but the Wild regained a two-goal advantage and iced the game in the third period on Zach Parise's 16th goal of the season.

With the win, the Wild improve to 20-19-5 (45 points) and will look to carry this positive momentum into Monday's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
