Timberwolves forward Kevin Love spoke to the media Wednesday and confirmed that he broke 2 bones in his right shooting hand by working out at his apartment doing knuckle pushups on October 17.  Love says he continues to try and stay in shape and support his teammates.  He is expected to be back in 4-6 weeks.  Love says he's planning on 6 weeks and if he's back before that it's a bonus.

Love led the Wolves in points and rebounds in 2011-2012 and will be replaced by 3 players at power forward.  The 3 are expected to be Derrick Williams, Andrei Kirilenko, and Dante Cunningham.  The Timberwolves begin the regular season Friday at home against Sacramento at 7pm, pregame on WJON at 6:30.
