Johnnie Basketball Falls to Gusties

The St. John's basketball team lost 58-40 at home against Gustavus Monday night.  St. John's trailed by 3 at halftime and was outscored 32-17 in the 2nd half.  Patrick Butcher led the Johnnies with 10 points.  St. John's shot just 34 percent from the field while Gustavus shot 51 percent.

St. John's is 13-10 overall and 9-9 in the MIAC.  The Johnnies play at Macalester at 7:30 Wednesday night.
