Two members of the St. Cloud Rox who were injured in a car accident last month near Waconia made their first trip back to Joe Faber Field Wednesday night.

Dalton Sawyer and Kasey Ralston threw out the ceremonial first pitch before the Rox game against the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters.

Ralston was the passenger in a car driven by Sawer when the car they were t-boned by a passing car on the highway. Ralston suffered injuries to his pelvis, right lung, bladder and trachea among other injuries.

Players gathered around Sawyer in the dugout while Ralston held court just outside the St. Cloud bullpen. The pair received a loud ovation when introduced before throwing the first pitch.
