ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud State dismantled Wayne State Saturday afternoon 43-20 in the football team's home opener.

SCSU's running game wore down the Wayne State defense, finishing with 283 yards on the ground.

Huskies running back, Kenneth Walker scored touchdowns of five, ten, and 42 yards to lead SCSU to victory.

On defense, the star of the game was conerback Keyshawn Davis, who intercepted two passes and broke up two more.

With the win, the Huskies improve to 1-1 and travel to the University of Souix Falls to face the Cougars next Saturday.
